Re Israel. Those who are 'only' double jabbed are now considered 'unvaxxed'. I believe they are just about to launch into round 4 of the vaccination program. Iceland is facing the same issue of the vaccinated becoming ill with CV.

I've had Covid, so I'm going to leave it to my immune system to deal with any future infection.
